I made this painting of "Wavemaker", sitting on the dock at Shattemuc Yacht Club in Ossining on a very overcast day. The painting was sold later in the day at live auction and a percentage of the proceeds went to the Shattemuc Junior Sailing Academy. Participating in this event is definitely one of my favorite painting experiences of the year.
